Hi, I’m Dr. jenna graff, dc.

I am an LA native who grew up in Redondo Beach. I attended Mira Costa High school before heading up the coast to study cognitive science at UC Santa Cruz. After graduating in 2015, I spent some time working at a personal injury law firm while figuring out my next steps.

I came to realize during that time that I was most drawn to the healing side of personal injury cases, which led me to consider a career in chiropractic care. I began shadowing my dad, who’s been a chiropractor for over 30 years, and quickly discovered that I wanted to follow in his footsteps. I went on to attend his alma mater, Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, where I graduated with honors. Now, I’m lucky enough to do work that I love every day.

My Approach

I practice chiropractic the same way my dad has for over 30 years — with a focus on taking time to truly understand each patient’s body and unique needs. I typically spend 30 minutes to an hour with every person I see. The extra time allows me to do a thorough examination and get to the root cause of what’s going on, rather than just treating the symptoms.

Once I’ve made a diagnosis, I focus first on the soft tissues using techniques like myofascial release, neuromuscular re-education, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. I do this because tight or dysfunctional muscles and fascia perpetuate recurring or chronic injuries. From there, I perform adjustments which support the healing process and help restore function. I will also go over stretches and exercises to aid in recovery and further progress.

I’ve found that this kind of comprehensive care not only leads to better outcomes; it also allows me to build meaningful relationships with the people I treat.
